Golden Eagle

The Golden Eagle is a knife built from the ground up as a heavy duty survival/ combat knife. When it comes to the field or combat, this blade’s features are all equally suited to the task. The stiff spearpoint makes the tip excellent for piercing, prying, boring holes, carving notches, or skinning game. While the false edge ensures easy penetration, the stout profile makes this tip just about indestructible, able to easily stab and pry its way straight through a 2x4. Just behind the tip, you’ll find the amazingly effective swell and negative curve of its recurve design. This focuses the weight towards the front of the blade, aligning mass and widening the blade for deep-biting chopping power, while also providing a negatively curved portion of the blade perfect for stripping bark, making fire-sticks, sharpening stakes, and cutting rope. This stunning blade is differentially hardened, and, though its convex edge is fine enough to cut a free-falling piece of paper out of thin air, it’s still durable enough to baton straight into a steel rod with no damage.

This knife balances perfectly on the finger at the junction between its ergonomic, and extremely comfortable micarta handle and sleek blade. Deep texturing on the micarta ensures excellent grip, and the handles are set off by 3 mosaic pins, mounting handle to blade. Finally, a portion of the tang protrudes towards the butt of the handle, allowing for bashing, hammering, prying, or any other rough tasks that may come your way.

To mount the whole package you’ll get a green kydex sheath with 8 mounting grommets for endless mounting options. Stiff retention guarantees this blade won’t come out until you want it to, and I even threw in a leather mounting strap so you can carry this blade on your belt in traditional style.
